Well done to Caroline Retfalvi, who won the Lower Division Masters, her first bar billiards singles title. The final, against Tony Witcomb, ended bizarrely when Tony asked for a count up after the bar had dropped, then got told he was ahead, and then sunk the break down 4 times to lose the break and the title! Hopefully the first of many for Caroline - Nigel Senior's first title was the Lower Div Masters (in what feels like ages ago in 1998). And a very young Chris Reeves burst on to the Brighton bar billiards scene in 2002 winning this title. And I suppose I should mention a slightly older senior Senior (Mark) won his first title also in this competition in 2004.
