the schooner has a new
landlady now (gina) who has very friendly staff that does good food also
music on various nights i have lived in southwick all my life and seen
many landlords/ladys in this pub but she does seem to have it right at
the moment

Met up for a drink
with an old mate just after Christmas. We were the only two customers in
the place and there was a definite air of hostility though thankfully
not directed at us. Very good draught Guinness but after one we decamped
to Carlas just up the road.

The new Irish land
lady is very very fit and so is the bar maid.
