Chris Reeves won the first game with a fine 15k break. Sue Mariner was off early in leg 2.                                                                                                                                                                Nigel Senior  gave chances but Sue was off form. Richard Wooton pegged his opening break,                                                                                                                                                              as the table was now getting harder. Jim replied with only a couple of thousand, but got back                                                                                                                                                           on and secured the leg. Leg 4 saw Ian miss early and Gareth only reply with 2k. Ian back on                                                                                                                                                             but missed a ball on 2k. Then Ian again retrieved the balls back and made no mistake this time                                                                                                                                                        winning the leg to make the score 2-2. Leg 5 saw both players off early. Mar Chipman had two                                                                                                                                                      further goes at the break, which, by now was very difficult. Marc built up a 2k lead.  With 6                                                                                                                                                              minutes left Steve got the balls back and ran out the time to claim the league and cup double                                                                                                                                                        for the Stadium C

All games went with break but none convincingly. In leg 1 Alan and Mal both had 2,500 on the board                                                                                                                                               before Mal thought I can do better than this and got over 8k. Jim and Gina slugged it out in leg 2                                                                                                                                                 but Jim returning after a spell in hospital finished the winner. Neither Bill or Sheena wanted to win to                                                                                                                                      start with but Bill decided enough was enough and put in a 3k break to pull away. Similar story                                                                                                                                                      in a nervous fourth game but Mick put in a captain's performance in the last 3 minutes and made the                                                                                                                                      score 2-2. Glenn broke off with 100 and Brian thought his luck was in. However, Glenn put in the second                                                                                                                                captains performance of the night and won the leg and the match. Well don the Windmill, who won the                                                                                                                                  main cup last season and have pocketed another trophy for the pub this season. The Stadium A will                                                                                                                                           have to console themselves with the division 1 title.
